Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Enlightova at sg.enlightova.com (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Inner Sharp Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 70 664 952 667) ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as Enlightova.

By creating an account, approving a child's use, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who the service is for

Enlightova is an online learning platform designed to support Singapore primary school students preparing for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) and related coursework, together with their parents or legal guardians.

The Service provides separate experiences for parents and students. If a student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve the student's use of the Service before learning features that process the student's data are used, as described in our parental consent flow and Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and access

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account, including linked student profiles where you are the parent or guardian

Invitation and consent links are time-limited. If a link expires, request a new one from within the Service.

4. What Enlightova provides

Depending on your plan, the Service may include baseline diagnostics, practice sessions, mock exams, progress insights, personalised study plans, and parent coaching materials.

Enlightova is an independently developed educational tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore or the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB). Syllabus alignment is for learning support only.

We do not guarantee any particular AL band, examination score, school placement, or learning outcome. Results depend on many factors outside the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the Service to cheat in live school or national examinations
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute question banks or other content at scale
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Harass others, upload unlawful content, or misuse another person's account
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Enlightova may offer a free tier and paid plans (for example, Pro) priced in Singapore dollars (SGD). Paid features are described on the Service at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid subscription, you authorise recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial unused periods, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including software, design, questions, explanations, study plans, and other materials — is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your (or your child's) learning.

You may not copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.

8. AI-assisted features

Some features (such as grading support, explanations, coaching content, or study planning) may use artificial intelligence. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Use them as a learning aid, not as the sole authority for teaching or examination decisions.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, opportunity, or examination outcomes, except where liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) continue after termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
